Details & Fellowship Framework
• The candidates shall be shortlisted based on the evaluation of their filled in responses to the online registration form. Shortlisted candidates at the time of admission shall have to submit mandatory documents such as their identity proof, present occupation and residence proof etc to secure their place in the program. Right of admission is reserved with Time Code Events & Multimedia and the BRIDGE Institute, UK (Knowledge Partner of the program).
• Selected candidates have to pay one time minimal registration fee of Rs.2999 (Two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) only (non-refundable) for the fellowship. A confirmatory email along with information on mode of payment shall be forwarded to the selected candidates after the evaluation.
• BRIDGE Institute, United Kingdom shall conduct the training in online mode.
• The program will be 6 months long and contain 12 sessions of maximum 2 hour duration. Minimum 6 sessions(once in a month) shall be done in a classroom setting at Infinity Club, Srinagar where all the participants shall be assembled together, and for rest of the sessions, participants will attend online sessions from their individual places.
• It is mandatory to attend all the sessions of the fellowship and after successful completion of the fellowship, the participants shall receive fellowship certificate from the BRIDGE Institute.
• Under any circumstance, the sessions of the fellowship will not be repeated. Therefore, each candidate has to ensure his/her attendance on all the sessions of the fellowship. The organisers shall not be held liable for any missed session of the fellowship.
• Inspirational personalities such as decorated government officers, prominent business men, renowned sportspersons, youth icons etc shall also be invited to interact with the participants.
• Any conduct deemed unbecoming, unprofessional or unethical will not be entertained and will lead to rejection of candidature of the participant/s at any point of time during the fellowship without any liability to the organisers.
Fellowship Framework:
The fellowship shall consist of following key components:
1. Being at my best – Learn how to recognise the belief patterns that in some situations may be the core to your strengths but in others can be the very pattern that undermines the quality of impact. The concept of attitude and state are core to our leadership impact. Powerful tools are taught in more consciously choosing attitude. The capacity to be ‘me’ with more skill – fundamental to leaders finding ‘their’ version of being inspirational.
2. Purpose led Leadership – To help leaders work out how their personal purpose and personality, their sense of self and the way they conduct themselves creates an overall presence or impact and how to make this work congruently for them.
3. Presence – In this module we will give you a chance to look at your current brand and at how this helps and hinders your ability to lead across the business – and in doing so to be able to enhance your presence in a way that is both authentic and powerful.
4. Taking People with you – Learn tools to connect with others and build trust-based relationships quickly. Know how to lead and understand cross-cultural and multi-functional teams, becoming an inquisitive leader and have powerful conversations.
5. Collaborative leadership – A model is taught for how leaders lead in genuine collaboration. The model consists of seven practices that if they focus on, will enable genuine collaboration across multiple cultures, geographies and functions. The module includes seven leading in partnership practices.
6. Shaping the ideal culture – Shaping the ideal culture requires a collective commitment to core values such as empathy, equality, and sustainability. It involves fostering inclusivity, promoting education, and embracing diversity. By prioritizing social justice, environmental stewardship, and the well-being of all individuals, we can create a culture that thrives on compassion, innovation, and harmony.
7. Purpose led organizations – The module will enable leaders to think beyond their own priorities, to navigate the politics and to lead across the organisation. Successful organisations are led by a small number of people sharing a real sense of shared ambition for change and who are seen to lead it in partnership.
8. Market and strategy development – Stay abreast of your competitor’s activity – both current and potential, new technology investments, infrastructure changes, competitive positioning and any initiatives to grow your customer base. Proactively scanning for, responding to, learning from, and appropriately adopting/ implementing leading market practices.
9. Innovation – Have an open mindset and preparedness to experiment with new ways of working. Have the courage, critical-thinking and commercial judgement to appropriately challenge current practices. Adopt data analytics and data insights to spot and surface business pain-points and new revenue generating opportunities.
10. Customer centricity – Leverage personal credibility and empathy to build long-term reciprocal relationship with clients, projecting a reliable and professional brand image in front of clients and effectively market your services and elevate client’s perception on support and services provided.
11. Future of technology – The future of technology holds immense potential for transformative advancements. Artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and quantum computing are poised to revolutionize various industries, from healthcare and transportation to communication and entertainment. As technology continues to evolve, it has the power to enhance our lives, improve efficiency, and address pressing global challenges, ushering in a new era of innovation and possibilities.
12. Agile execution and effective risk management – Analyse group level strategy, build out action plans and comprehensively execute. Take accountability with strong ownership mindset, self-directed and highly outcome oriented. Commit to long-term strategy execution and be consistent and persistent in strategy execution. Build comprehensive awareness of the risk environment and proactively anticipate and identify risk methodically both traditional, emerging, linkages as well as any systemic issues resulting from them, particularly those with the potential to cause wider societal damage.
